Please don't worry, here at Coast to Country Fitness Retreats we cater for all abilities. We tailor our activities to the capabilities of the group based on our questionnaire included in our booking form and individual consultation at the start of the retreat.

- Sports/comfortable training clothing - please bring layers as the mornings can start off cool
- Lightweight raincoat
- Warm hat and gloves (cooler months)
Please note we provide yoga mats, however you are more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Not if you don't want to. We encourage participation in all activities to get the most out of your stay with us, however, if there are any that you would prefer not to do or unable to do just let us know.
Yes. There will be downtime for you to go and explore the local area, book a massage or just relax at the venue. If you prefer to eat off site for any meal and visit local restaurants/wineries please just let us know 24 hours in advance so that we can notify chef.
Yes. Our instructors are Cert III and Cert IV qualified in fitness and personal training and 200hr yoga teachers.
Any subcontractors of Coast to Country Fitness Retreats are qualified in their relevant field.
Yes, 18 years is the minimum age.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Lunches will be a packed lunch on days when activities take us away from the main venue. Teas, coffee, water and juices are included. Alcoholic drinks are not included or provided by Coast to Country Fitness Retreats, however may be available for separate purchase from the venue.
